Seven Lakes Studio provides full service design services for destination properties and for a wide range of project sizes and scopes. Our design approach is focused on providing a personalized experience and a custom design. After getting a sense for the property and the personality and lifestyle of the family, we get to work thinking through the functionality and overall design direction of the space. From there, we source organic materials and high quality finishes incorporating nature-inspired colors and cheerful textiles and patterns. This curated mix of traditional and modern culminates in a welcoming and refreshing home that inspires connection and relaxation for everyone who steps inside.
Meet Mary Oneglia
Originally from Maine, Mary now resides in Connecticut with her husband, three children, and two dogs. Her design inspiration comes from the simple beauty of the ocean, lakes, and the other rich colors and textures found in nature. With a background as a trial lawyer, Mary's business has benefitted from her skills in organization, quick thinking, and working well under pressure.
Passionate about creating these beautiful, functional spaces, Mary strives to improve her clients' lives and believes in making the design process easy and enjoyable. She cherishes when clients become friends and loves continuing to design as their family needs evolve.
